And so it begins...
and to our surprise it continued to grow!

Some harvest days...
(these were from the front yard)

Some things got attacked by bugs, some rodent ate most of our onions, and some carrots, and not everything looks that pretty, but most things tasted great. I think the kids favorites were the strawberries, most of which got eaten before they got to the house.
We still have a few plants alive out there but the heat is getting to be too much so we'll plant again in September.

Bryan was so great on really getting us started, cause he read Square Foot Gardening that his father gave us. It is so much fun and great to finally have success in producing food!

Picture Time

Bald is beautiful! (btw, he's just trying to move his face to the camera, not choke him)

Science Rules!

It took many tries, but we all finally got culture passes (4 in free) to the Arizona Science Center. We went on Monday the 29th, and we all had lots of fun!

Hunter "building a house"
Ammon having fun with cars. Is that a police car in his right hand?
I call it "The Sinker"
Kevin taking a shower
I'm either sucking my thumb, about to rub my eye or picking my nose. I love Hunter in the background with his mini-me Ammon.
Bryan trying to relax his mind more than Isaac and loosing.
This thing was fun.
Here's Bryan laughing cause it looks like Kevin's peeing.
I know, you're impressed right? She pulled herself all the way up!

Happy Independence Day!
We combined our 4th of July celebration with an early birthday party for my niece Lexi who turned 3 today, and the last day of leave for her daddy. We're counting down the days til you're home with us for good Isaac!
Hunter and Lexi's cheesy smiles!
Katie, Kevin and cousin Hannah enjoying the splash pad at Alta Dena park.
Ammon with his Auntie Jilly.
Two fatties enjoying their freedom to relax and eat!

I LOVE IT!!!
